A few people have written with a problem getting YADB set up. To get it started, open DayTimer, then hit CMD-M to make HyperCard's message box visible. Then type in "extend" (no quotes) and hit ENTER. HyperCard will create three months' worth of cards for you to get you started. Type CMD-M again to make the message box invisible.
